Supplier Code of Conduct
Setting high standards together
The purpose of our Supplier Code of Conduct is to ensure that the suppliers we engage with operate in accordance with internationally recognized standards on human rights, labour rights and environmental responsibility. Just as we adhere to these principles, we expect the same of our suppliers.
We require our suppliers to implement the principles outlined in this Supplier Code of Conduct or have at least equivalent standards adopted for their business. Compliance with the terms of our Supplier Code of Conduct is a precondition for any supplier agreement or contract.
We do not wish to cease business relationships and will help our suppliers to improve if social or environmental gaps are detected. We will, however, not continue a business relationship with a supplier if the terms of this Code of Conduct is deemed impossible to fulfil or if a supplier is found engaged in violations of fundamental human rights.
The Supplier Code of Conduct is reviewed periodically and is available for downloading on Axel Johnson International.
