CIP Installation
AxFlow Systems designs, builds and delivers tailor-made Cleaning-In-Place (CIP) sets that allow you to clean your complete process system without dismantling.
Our specialists at AxFlow Systems discuss with you the process and the desired result. We then convert those specifications into a process with a CIP set that fits seamlessly with your existing installation and the available space. This can be done with a (mobile) single tank with electric heating to a fixed 2 or 3 stage installation for large capacities. Storage and dosing of the chemicals to be used is also among our options.
An AxFlow Systems CIP installation can be built up from steam-heating, storage and dosing of chemicals, stainless steel 316 tanks, frame and piping and a touchscreen-operated control cabinet for the complete control of the cleaning process.
