Chemical water treatment system

Packaged unit for detailed analysis and chemical treatment of cooling water in circulation circuits.

System Description

The compact unit analyses water sample to measure temperature, conductivity, corrosion rate, pH and free chlorine. Based on these measurements, 3 chemicals are injected - biodispersant (to loosen biofilm in the pipe), biocide (to kill biological material) and corrosion inhibitor. Dosing pumps suck directly from plastic barrels and built-in float sensors in the suction needle provide feedback on sufficient supply. All measured values are displayed locally in the analyzer and at the same time allow remote communication.
