Dosing Cabinets
AxFlow Systems designs and builds complete plastic dosing cabinets for precise and safe dosing of chemicals used in production processes and (waste) water treatment.
AxFlow Systems dosing cabinets are pre-assembled and delivered ready-to-use on location at the customer's premises. The casing is made of PP, HDPE. Piping and other components are manufactured from PVC, PP, PVDF or PE. The dosing pump is assembled with a suction line, drain and flushing line, transfer valve, pulsation damper and a counter pressure valve. The cabinet is closed by transparent lamellas and is equipped with a drip tray.
Our dosing cabinets are preassembled and checked with air pressure and also extensively tested for capacity and pressure through water.
The dosing cabinets are made to measure for their purpose based on our wide experience. They are supplied with CE and, if desired , approved under ATEX with all certificates and manuals .
