Description
The AA3 HR high-resolution digital photometer, with optimised optics and 24-bit resolution, provides high sensitivity at very low concentrations, wider dynamic ranges and lower detection limits. Air bubbles pass through the cuvette without affecting the signal, increasing the speed of analysis. LED light sources are available for high performance applications, such as use on research vessels. Other detectors, such as the flame photometer, fluorometer and UV spectrophotometer are also available for specific applications.
The analytical unit consists of glass components, which are chemically inert and allow easy visual verification of the analysis flow. Multiple units are available, where different analyses can be performed, without hardware changes or pump tubing. Complex procedures such as distillation, dialysis and UV mineralisation can also be integrated continuously.
High-speed, high-precision peristaltic pumps ensure precise and accurate liquid dosing. High speed is available for fast start-up and cleaning, and slow speed to keep the system running without consuming reagents. Electronically controlled air valves provide regular injection of air bubbles.
The AA3 HR programmable access automatic injectors are fast, robust and have different rack sizes to meet your sample requirements. Samples can be added at any time during analysis.
Instrument control and data acquisition are handled by the intuitive and easy-to-use AACE software. AACE is LIMS compatible. It also has a GLP version.
Applications:
All methodologies (more than 700) are available for environmental, food, agricultural, industrial chemical and pharmaceutical products and matrices. The most common are the following:
- Wastewater (detergents, cyanides, phenols, total N, total P, ions)
- Drinking and basin water
- Seawater (nutrients at the lowest levels)
- Soils, foliar and fertilisers
- Food and beverages (meats, wines...)
