Variety of kits, parameters: D-glucose, D-fructose, acetic acid, L-malic, L-lactic, ammoniacal nitrogen, alpha amino nitrogen, glycerol, citric acid, acetaldehyde, total sugar, D-gluconic, D-malic, D-lactic, D-glucose, iron, copper, L-ascorbic, tartaric acid, anthocyanins, sorbic acid, total polyphenol index (DO280nm).

Variety of equipment:

- Oeno-Module: 340nm and 580nm.

- Spectrophotometer 7300 Visible: 320 to 1000nm.

- Spectrophotometer 7305 UV-Visible: 198 to 1000nm.
