Automatic potentiometric SO2 dosing systems designed to measure f SO2 quickly and easily, eliminating the delicate assessment of the end of dosing.

Description

They use a double platinum electrode which detects the appearance of an electric current in the sample as soon as the oxidising iodide/iodate solution is in excess, and eliminates the problems of appreciating the change in colour change in colourimetric titrations with an indicator, either by sight or by photometer.

It is manual: the user controls the flow of this solution until the LED scale lights up indicating the end of the dosage.

Saves consumption of titrant by being able to use different concentrations.

Reads the volume of solution in a graduated burette and calculates the result.

Provides excellent repeatability.
