APV VT+ (SSHE Scraped Surface Heat Exchanger) are designed to operate in difficult conditions where other heat exchanger technologies may fail or cannot maintain operating efficiency over a long period.

Description

Composed of 1 cylinder. Several cylinders can be mounted on one frame.

Shaft diameter: ø 76, 115 or 140 mm.

Capacity: Up to approx. 10,000 l/h, depending on product, temperature, specific requirements and number of cylinders.

Standard design: The unit is supported on stainless steel frames.

Provides exceptional performance for heating or cooling a wide range of medium and high viscosity products with or without particles including soups, spreads, sauces, creams, creams, soft cheeses, chocolates, fruit/vegetable purees, baby food, fats and oils.

Available in vertical (VT+) or horizontal (HT+) models.
