Description

The shear pump is preferably used in cheese production, for example for cottage cheese or ricotta. The introduction of shear forces improves the structure or mixing of the medium. Ideal for media with solids.

Some media have a tendency to segregate, shear input keeps the medium homogeneous.

The Waukesha shear pump also supports the production of powder products, e.g. milk powder.

Processing with the shear pump enables a quick and complete solution.
