Pompe Travaini OILSYS Vacuum Pump

Description

Pompetravaini OILSYS is a vacuum unit with all accessories and instrumentation for the application. It consists of a liquid ring pump, an oil reservoir with separation function, a heat exchanger, a filter, the necessary piping connections and temperature, level and pressure sensors. The unit is available in two versions - with full or partial circulation of the service fluid. It is therefore functionally similar to the OILPACK vacuum unit, but uses a different type of heat exchanger and service fluid separation tank and is overall more robust and larger. Compared to the HYDROSYS vacuum units, which work with water (most often) as the service fluid, the OILSYS units achieve a higher vacuum of up to 20 mbar. However, the oil is less easily separated from the suction medium, so the medium has a light oil admixture at the outlet of the unit.
