Pneumatic Actuators

Pneumatic Actuators

A Pneumatic actuator mainly consists of a piston or a diaphragm which develops the motive power. It keeps the air in the upper portion of the cylinder, allowing air pressure to force the diaphragm or piston to move the valve stem or rotate the valve control element.

We offer pneumatic drives with the following principle of operation:

- A quarter-revolution pneumatic gear-valve drive (Rack and Pinion) that can withstand heavy loads due to the absence of friction during slipping

- A quarter-turn sine-sine drive (Scotch Yoke), well suited for valves that require greater torque at the beginning and end of the operating cycle

- High performance and real-world reverse motion blade-drive (True Rotary) used in almost all industries and critical installations
