What does Savio Manufacture
Our product range primarily consists of radial fans, multistage centrifugal fans, and side channel fans. Savio's fans find extensive use in the process industry for air and gas transport and pressurization. One of our significant segments involves biogas and energy gas, where Savio boasts one of the market's most extensive selections of gas fans.
MICO Centrifugal Fans
Savio's MICO centrifugal fans can achieve pressures up to 650 mbar (65 kPa) and handle a maximum flow rate of 4500 m3/h. Built to withstand the demanding conditions of biogas facilities, MICO fans feature stainless steel shafts and impellers, along with labyrinth seals. These fans can be supplied in configurations compliant with the requirements of the ATEX directive 2014/34/EU.
Side Channel Fans
When capacity demands are slightly lower, Savio's side channel fans offer an excellent solution. Their capacity range is broad, starting from 10 m3/h for the smallest fans to 2000 m3/h for the largest ones. These fans boast a maximum pressure of 650 mbar. They come with anodized fan housing and impellers for superior chemical resistance. Additionally, they are equipped with connections for condensate drainage and pressure and temperature sensors.
SAB 100 Radial Fans
For pressures up to 200 mbar and capacities ranging up to 1500 m3/h, our recommendation is the SAB 100 radial fan. Its relatively large distance between the fan housing and the impeller makes it highly effective in applications with significant condensate and particles. The fan wheel is impregnated for maximum protection, and the shaft is made of stainless steel. Double shaft seals ensure gas-tight operation, making this fan a reliable choice for various industrial applications.
