Candy Reworking Unit

Not every piece (batch) of candy passes a quality control and there is a way how to reuse its melt.

The whole unit is made of stainless steel and all pipes, where product flows, are heated. Melted candy is pumped from a storage tank by heat jacketed rotary Waukesha Cherry-Burrell lobe pump. The product goes through a strainer and a demagnetization. The unit is operated by a hygienic control cabinet.
