Foam Reduction Unit
A compact dosing unit with a skimming admixture hopper to ensure a reduction in unwanted foaming.
The unit is used for dosing the defoaming admixture into the main product line. Pumping can
run automatically when the pump with the main product is switched on. The pump also has a manual mode which can be switched on independently. The operator manually adds the defoaming additive to the tank. A minimum level sensor is included in the tank, which automatically shuts off pumping of the defoamer and the main product if the level drops below the minimum value.

1) Manual operation
The pump includes a manual stroke length adjustment on the unit that can be used to change
the flow rate after installation. This can be useful, for example, when replacing the pumped
medium or requiring a different flow rate.
