Dosing Unit
For the dosing of all types of chemical fluids and other products used in various production processes, process water treatment, as well as in wastewater treatment.
Dosing systems are generally composed of one or more tanks and their corresponding dosing pumps, and are delivered fully assembled and ready for use at the end user's plant. The tanks can be built in steel, stainless steel, polypropylene, or low or high-density polyethylene. Other components can be made of steel, stainless steel, PVC, PP, PVDF or PE. The dosing pumps are mounted with suction pipe, non-return valve with filter, safety valve, pulsation damper, and check valve.
Our dosing systems are hydraulically tested under pressure and in operation with water. They are designed, adding our extensive experience, tailored to the needs of the client. They are CE certified and, if required, with ATEX certificates and operation and maintenance manuals.
