Transloading refers to the transferring liquids between “modes” of travel, be it from refinery to terminal, terminal to supplier, supplier to storage facility, or supplier to end-user. The products that are typically transloaded can range from liquid chemicals and petroleum products, animal fats, vegetable oils, to raw and semi-finished ingredients. The modes of travel include marine, pipeline, rail, air and truck. Goods, whether raw or finished, rarely ever travel directly from their source to the end-user. In essence this area concerns offloading pumps and loading pumps.
Our process pump range allows us to handle high flows, corrosive and toxic liquids, food and pharmaceutical products, combustible fluids and liquified gases.
Centrifugal Pumps

- AxFlow offers 6 ranges of iso 5199 pumps giving us the ability to cater for most liquid types found in chemical processes. We also offer API 610 and API 685 units if the flows dictate this.
- For higher flows of up to 3500m3/hr AxFlow offer both horizontal and vertical split case double suction pumps.
- Canned Pumps are often used for offloading liquified gases and can be configured with these applications in mind.
AODD Pumps 
If compressed air is available AODD pumps are an excellent all round pumps for smaller offloading duties as they are self-priming, can handle solids, are chemically resistant, can be hygienic, ATEX rated and can clear the line. Hose Pumps

Eccentric Disc Pumps

Vane Pumps 
Sliding vane pumps are self-priming, designed to run dry for short periods, and their high suction capability makes them ideal for suction line-stripping.
