Product description

The APV Delta M4 and MP4 valves are equipped with a membrane that shields the valve stem from external air, ensuring aseptic operation. A standard leakage detection channel promptly identifies membrane damage, maintaining the system's sterility.

The MP4 valve features a fully TFM-reverse-covered stem, making it ideal for processes where elastomers are not desirable. All product-contact metal components are crafted from high-grade AISI 316L stainless steel for durability and hygiene.

These valves come standard with FDA-compliant EPDM seals but offer optional elastomers such as HNBR and FPM (Viton). They are compatible with various control systems, including Direct-Connect, AS-interface, Device-Net, and Profi-Bus, to suit modern automation needs.
