I have been working for AxFlow for over 15 years, During my time I have done a range of roles leading to my managerial position.
Since starting AxFlow in 2006 I’ve found it to be a very progressive, dynamic company. From a young age I had an interest in engineering – In particular electro mechanical devices which led me to study mechanical engineering at the University of Hertfordshire.
I’ve worked in an external technical sales role for over 15 years selling a variety of products including pumps, filtration equipment, weighing systems, engineering components but my favourite industry has always been pumps.
I started at AxFlow as an applications engineer selecting and quoting pumps, I progressed to my current role as an Internal Sales Manager in 2016 where I look after a team of applications engineers. I enjoy the role as it has a technical sales element and the team look after some major Blue Chip companies.
I’ve been with AxFlow for over 15 years; we are the best and what we do, and we do a lot!
It’s a very large dynamic company with a strong brand image and a varied product range; which means we can provide pumping solutions to solve problems for a variety of industries, allowing me some diversity in what I’m doing, which I enjoy.
Working at AxFlow has also given me the opportunity to travel internationally to the likes of Finland, France, Germany and America to visit our suppliers. It’s a very warm and friendly team at AxFlow where you are allowed to flourish as an individual, we support one another, and we celebrate individual wins as well as company wins.
