Bronze Pumps
AxFlow UK offer Bronze pumps in several different configuration types
Bronze for pumps as the next step up from Cast Iron as its corrosion, erosion and cavitation resistance is higher than cast iron. Bronze has a high resistance to chlorides which makes a good choice for seawater, and brackish water applications.
Many specifications stipulate Zinc free Bronze as there is a believe (that may or may not be factually correct) that Zinc free Bronze is more corrossion resistant. AxFlow supply pumps with Zinc free Bronze.
