Ryton Pumps

AxFlow UK, (PPS or polyphenylene sulphide)  offer a range of Mag drive pumps. 

Ryton (PPS), is a glass reinforced materials that have extremely high strength as well as excellent chemical resistance.  There is no known solvent that dissolves PPS at temperatures below 392°F. Its low ionic impurities make it an excellent choice for applications where high purity is a concern. 

It has a number of benefits making it ideal for pump material:

  • Excellent chemical resistance
  • Practically no moisture absorption
  • Machines to tight tolerances.
  • Dimensional stability
  • High strength to weight ratio

Ryton is frequently used for pumps, bearings, gears and pistons.
