Pump Vibration Data Programme

AxFlow are carrying out a programme of pump performance and vibration tests to provide detailed diagnostic data for our customers.

 

AxFlow has developed a dedicated pump test rig to support a comprehensive programme of performance and vibration analysis across a wide range of pump technologies. Designed by our engineering team, this facility allows us to measure flow, pressure, efficiency, and—critically—detailed vibration waveforms and spectral signatures under controlled conditions.

By understanding the unique vibration behaviour of different pump types, we can more accurately diagnose issues, optimise system performance, and provide customers with evidence-based recommendations that extend equipment life and reduce downtime.
